Our team at C&K Coorparoo Kindergarten is made up of passionate Educators who are excited to engage our wonderfully diverse community. We love encouraging our children to share their family’s culture with us and our beautiful natural spaces allow us to make every day an adventure.

The Program

We run two programs at our C&K Coorparoo Kindergarten: 'The Core Kindy Program' and 'The Extended Kindy Program.' For more information on both, please visit the C&K website. The position available is for the Extended Kindergarten program, which operates from 2 pm to 6 pm.

This is a permanent part-time position from 1:35 pm to 6 pm. C&K promotes greater flexibility with flexible rostering days for Extended Kindergarten Educators, enabling them to 'work around their uni/TAFE schedules.

What you’ll bring

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have or be willing to work towards:

• A minimum of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
