C&K Upper Kedron Childcare Centre is nestled within the natural bush of Upper Kedron, within the masterplanned community of Ellendale, this new early learning centre has been designed in collaboration with educators and architects, to create inviting spaces for children to explore, discover, learn and play.
At our C&K Upper Kedron Childcare Centre, an exciting opportunity has come available for an experience and motivated Assistant Director to join the team. As the Assistant Director, your role will be to perform your current duties and in the absence of the Director, the Assistant Director will manage the daily operations of the service to enable the delivery of a high-quality early childhood service and program in line with C&K’s vision, values and priorities.
For this position, we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, who has previous experience as a leader in early childhood. You must be an approachable leader amongst the community of families, children and employees; with a hands-on approach in managing the service operationally.
What we will require from you as an Assistant Director:
The successful lead educator will pride themselves on their mentoring ability and have a passion for working closely with educators within the learning environment. We are looking for someone who can build exceptional relationships with families and who is dedicated to furthering their own learning as an early childhood professional. You will be a self-starter, who has previous experience as a leader and approachable amongst the community of families, children and employees; with a hands-on approach in managing the service operationally when required.
