Clerical Assistant – C&K Salisbury Community Kindergarten
About the role:
C&K Salisbury Community Kindergarten, has a position for an experienced Clerical/Administration Assistant to join the Kindergarten on a Part time basis. Within this role we are also looking for someone who is currently in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector, either working as an educator or clerical, however this is not essential for this position.
At our C&K Salisbury Community Kindergarten, your role is to support the Director and the Kindergarten with administration and financial matter; such as creating and maintaining child enrolment records and waitlist information, collecting data for QLD Kindergarten Funding Scheme (QKFS) validation and application of Health Care Card subsidies, retaining accurate attendance records for children and generate child data reports, file maintenance and archiving as well as other administrative duties as needed.
Ideally you will be flexible and have great organisatioal and time management skills, flexible and willing to support the Kindergarten with open day events, community events and other administrative duties for the educators and service when required.
As the Clerical you will be a part of a Kindergarten that has been a proud member of the Longreach community for several years.
You will be required to work Thursdays (day can be negotiated to suit the right candidate), 4 hours each day.
