Joining our Family

We are looking for a friendly and approachable Clerical Assistant, who will be responsible for assisting the Centre Director with the administrative and financial functions of the centre. In this role you will be working one day, for 4 hours per week, with flexibility over which day to suit you.

Ideally you will have:

• Qualification in business administration or related course is preferred but not essential
• Previous experience in a similar role as an administrator or clerical assistant
• Hold or willing to obtain a Paid Blue card (working with children check)
• Proven well developed written, verbal, interpersonal communication and presentation skills coupled with a strong customer service focus
