But times are changing, and so are we. And although we’re passionate believers that children come first, we know our people must come first, too.

Join us and find a better way with C&K - for children, for you, for always.

Help shape the future of children in our care

As our highly valued Lead Educator with our Oxley team, you’ll nurture children’s curiosity, creativity and capability so they become confident lifelong learners.

At C&K Oxley Childcare Centre we welcome children from 6 weeks of age to 5 years old and provide care and early learning five days a week from 7:00am to 6:30pm.

As a home away from home, our environment provides a safe, secure and supported space for your child. Our dedicated, friendly and qualified staff nurture play-based learning, fostering a life-long love of learning. Our families love our large natural outdoor area, where we encourage children to explore, discover, play and engage in nature.

We have a wide range of cultural and linguistic background with our families and staff. This provides us the opportunity to incorporate these cultures and languages throughout the centre. Our approach to inclusion and diversity ensures that every child, family and staff member feels safe, welcomed and important.

Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you’ll:

  • Create a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.

  • Be supported by a team of kind, humble people who share their knowledge to help you learn, grow and achieve more than you ever thought possible.

  • Shape the future of children in our care by Taking a lead role in planning, implementing and evaluating a stimulating play-based education program for children aged 0 to 5 years.

  • Following all reporting requirements, regulations and legislation to ensure we continue to lead the way in our field.

What you’ll bring

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

You will bring a passion for achieving long-lasting, high-quality outcomes for children, their families and the community alongside a team-player mindset - when you join C&K, you join a village of good-hearted, talented people, so you can lean on them as they lean on you.

Why C&K?

Here are some things we hope you’ll love about working with us:
