Located in the bustling suburb of Norville in the iconic Bundaberg region, as one of our highly valued Early Childhood Teachers with our C&K Walker Street team, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.

We offer an educational program using Listening and Learning Together: C&K Curriculum Approach to support The Early Years Learning Framework that we have embedded into our practices. As the Early Childhood Teacher, you will find endless opportunities to use your energy, creativity and a passion for education, to take a hands-on approach to teaching children, to help shape the future of children in our care. By collaborating with your team, you will create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.  

We are happy to negotiate this position to part time for the right applicant. 

What you’ll bring

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional or newly graduated, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!  

To thrive in this role, you will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA)
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these).
