C&K Ascot Community Kindergarten the children play in a carefully planned environment that caters for the needs, interests and abilities of each child. The outdoor area allows the children to enjoy activities and challenges in a well-shaded playground. The Centre has an extensive range of resources for indoor and outdoor play.

We invite you to join our Ascot team as an Assistant Educator for the Extended Kindy Program. As a qualified Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing a quality care and education program in co-operation with the group leader. 

This position is part-time, working Monday to Friday from 1:35pm to 6pm during school terms (min 21.25/week), with additional hours during school holidays.

You will need to hold, or be willing to enrol and work towards

• Assistant Educators: Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
• Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card 
• A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one

If you are studying or hold a Bachelors in Education you will also be eligible for our Educator roles.
