Help us bring our Vision to Life

You will provide executive support to Executive Management Group including Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Finance Officer (CFO), Chief Operations Officer (COO), and Chief People Officer (CPO).

You will be a key support in helping them and C&K in achieving their strategic goals and making sure that wheels keep turning in our central office.

Diary Management: Ensure the diary for all 4 executive members is cleanly managed and they are informed and prepared for their day-to-day commitments.

Meeting Support and preparation: Set up, organise and record a wide variety of stakeholders meetings including Government Ministers, Senior Ministerial staff, Senior Government staff and other not-for-profit and corporate Executives ensuring the team is briefed and minutes are taken. Organise brief and supporting information pertaining to meetings, as required.

Office Management: Support the smooth operation of our central office including the management of our reception area and inventory such as office supplies and responsible for managing our Admin Trainee.

Compliance: Support the reconciliation of executive expenditure alongside supporting the development of regular organisational reporting.

Relationship management: support the Executive in nurturing and maintaining high-impact relationships with stakeholders internal and external to C&K. Presenting in a professional and friendly manner consistent with our values.

Alongside the above you will also have the opportunity to supportĀ the Company Secretary for Board related matters (and sub-committees) and the management of corporate events across our yearly calendar.

Your Executive Support Expertise

You will bring proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a multi-functional team. This will be a busy role, so you will be highly organised with willingness to managing your own time, whilst supporting your team. On top of that you will bring a collaborative, professional and proactive approach dedicated to our purpose of supporting children, families and communities.

Just as important you will bring:

  • The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and listening skills.
  • The ability to build great relationships with diverse stakeholders.

A qualification in a relevant business field will also be highly regarded but not essential.

All C&K employees are also required to undergo a Police Check and hold a current Blue Card, however we will cover the costs for both!
