This exciting position will see you utilize your administrative expertise to support our Wellbeing and Inclusion team.

You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:

  • KISS Funding: Manage inclusion documentation and provide information/guidelines to our team members on accessing and documenting their funding information.
  • Administrative Support: Manage our helpdesk and phones as first responder for all team queries.
  • Registry Maintenance: Monitor C&Ks KISS register and enter relevant data required for funding purposes/ reporting, on behalf of all C&K Branch and Affiliate centres.

Permanent Part Time | 5 hours every Monday to Thursday

What you’ll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Must hold a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Significant experience in an office administration tasks.
  • Demonstrated high level report writing skills and oral communication skills together with a strong customer service focus.
  • An active Blue Card and Police Check or the willingness to have them (we manage the process and cost of securing these).
