The role: 

We are excited to welcome an experienced early childhood professional to the C&K family! We are seeking an experienced RTO Educator/Trainer and Assessor for a full-time permanent position commencing soon in Brisbane. This person will be responsible for delivering high quality training and assessment of services to Certificate III and Diploma students, as well as providing the emotional support and encouragement that students require to succeed in their studies. They will provide support to existing students of the C&K Collage, as well as providing accurate advice and assessments for prospective students in relation to admission to early childhood education and care courses.

This position is based in Brisbane, with travel to other areas of Queensland required, including to remote communities and rural areas..  This person will be delivering training to students in face-to-face, online, and mixed modes. They will work closely with them through a combination of classroom-based and external communication. They will have the opportunity to develop various training and session plans, conduct evaluations, assess outcomes, and contribute to the development of training package resources.

The suitable educator will have:

• Demonstrated experience in Training and Assessment
• Hold a current certificate lV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116, or equivalant
• Current and relevant VET qualification at Diploma level or higher in ECEC
• Relevant sector background and experience
• A passion for educating and training students
• Ability to provide delivery via a range of delivery modes to a diverse range of students
• Hold valid and current driver’s licence
• Hold a valid Blue Card, or exemption card.
