Become a Trusted Partner

In this role, based at our stunning central office in Kedron, you will manage a recruitment portfolio of circa 20 early learning sites (both childcares and kindergartens).You will become your site director’s key partner when it comes to all things talent including:

  • Recruitment: Running end-to-end recruitment campaigns for permanent positions through our Pageup ATS.
  • Relief: Manage the filling of relief/casual shifts through our Easy Employer platform.
  • Relationships: Build a collaborative and positive relationship with your directors as their trusted advisor.
  • Projects: Work with the team to develop our tools, processes and functions to support our growth as a cutting-edge recruitment function.

Your Journey

This is a role where you can really make a positive impact on families lives through expert talent support to our centres. We asked one of our team members Mallika about her journey with us, and this is what she had to say;

‘I started my C&K career in 2018 working for sites in remote areas of Queensland that forced me to think outside the box, innovate and find new ways to deal with their challenges. After having proved my mettle there, I got the opportunity to manage hiring for several new centres, liaise with C&K leadership and establish myself as a recruitment expert.

 Moving into my 4th year with C&K, I have taken on a Team Lead role and look forward to contributing to our team in the years ahead. I have had a phenomenal experience so far at C&K and I have been acknowledged for the skills and passion I bring with me.’

You will need to hold or be willing to obtain;

  • Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card 
  • A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one
  • (we will cover the cost of both)
  • Any relevant HR, Marketing & Communications or Business qualifications will be highly regarded, though not essential.
