About the role:
C&K is a not-for-profit organisation which is recognised as one of Queensland’s leading bodies in the Early Childhood and Education sector. Since 1907, the organisation has grown and developed its social purpose agenda and now educates children in 360 centres which is comprised of both Childcare Centres and Kindergartens nestled within the hills of Oxley, this new centre has been designed in collaboration with educators and architects, to create inviting spaces for children to explore, discover, learn and play.
No two days are the same at C&K Oxley. Each day’s learning is driven by the interests and ideas of the children. The spacious and natural environments within our centre are thoughtfully planned and well resourced, with opportunities to meet the needs and interests of all children who attend. This is achieved through the provision of combined indoor and outdoor play opportunities throughout the day. Play offers children many opportunities to develop friendships, explore, solve problems, help others, imagine, create, and extend on their interests.
C&K Oxley Community Childcare is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The service is looking for someone who is a self-starter, armed with a creative vision to help the service blossom. An approachable leader amongst the community for families, children, and employees; and a successful educator who has a hands-on approach in teaching as well as capable of managing the service operationally.
