About the Opportunity  

To provide administrative support across Capital Works Upgrade Funding projects and initiatives in collaboration with the Grants and Facilities teams and C&K business partners to meet each program's guidelines and service agreements.

• Providing administrative support for the Capital Works Upgrade Funding projects. Assisting in planning, budgeting, and tracking of Capital Works Upgrade Funding.
• Monitoring and triaging emails promptly.
• Handling phone inquiries and delegating as necessary.
• Managing and recording data of funded projects.
• Providing project administration support to branch and affiliate centres.
• Offering administrative support to the facilities and grants teams.
