The Kindergarten with Extended Hours Program commences from the end of the kindergarten program and continues the children's learning into the afternoon. As one of our highly valued  Kindergarten with Extended Hours Coordinators in the Kindergarten with Extended Hours Program, you’ll work alongside the Kindergarten with Extended Hours Educator to lead support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.

As an Educational Leader, your schedule will offer a great mix of routine and flexibility!

During school terms, you'll work Mondays, Tuesdays, and alternate Wednesdays from 1:15 PM to 6 PM, giving you afternoons to guide and inspire young minds.

In school holidays, enjoy more flexibility with either morning (7:45 AM - 2 PM) or afternoon shifts (12 PM - 6 PM)—perfect for balancing work and personal time while continuing to lead with creativity and passion.

What you’ll bring

Whether you’re an experienced early childhood professional, newly graduated or just commencing your studies, if you’re energetic, fun and committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and hold or actively working (at least 50% completed) towards an ACECQA Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification (highly desirable)
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
