A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or related discipline) and a Quality Food Supervisor Certificate is ideal, but we are happy to consider unqualified applicants with experience. 

Yes, if you’re planning to work as a Cook with C&K having a Paid Blue Card is essential. If you do not hold a current Paid Blue Card, we can help. For all permanent positions, we’ll cover the expense of obtaining a Blue Card for you.
