Frequently Asked Questions

Teacher Directors within our Kindergartens hold a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education whilst Directors within our Childcare Centres hold, or are working towards, a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. Assistant Directors hold or are working towards a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.

Directors and Assistant Directors will accrue up to 4 weeks of annual leave each year whilst Teacher Directors in our Kindergartens will also receive additional recess leave. All leave will be calculated pro-rata.

Yes, our centres have a dedicated part time Administration Assistant to provide additional clerical support.
