The "Beginning to Teach" program at C&K is designed to support newly graduated or primary and secondary school teachers transitioning into the field of early childhood education. This unique program provides expert mentoring and tailored support, equipping teachers with the essential skills and knowledge to thrive in their new roles.
You will have a dedicated mentor to guide you and ongoing professional development to build your confidence as you grow through the first years of your career. We are committed to fostering a nurturing and enriching environment and believe as a Teacher, there is no better place than C&K to grow your career.
To be considered for an Early Childhood Teacher position you must hold an approved early childhood teaching qualification or hold a qualification that ACECQA has determined to be an equivalent early childhood teacher qualification. You can check your qualification through the ACECQA website here.
The C&K Beginning to Teach at C&K program is for newly graduated teachers and teachers that have come to us from a primary or secondary background to support you on your teaching career journey with C&K. Delivered over 12 months, we will provide mentoring with ongoing support and training. Check out our program here for further details about excelling your career with C&K.
