As our highly valued Director-Teacher at C&K Charleville Community Kindergarten, you’ll lead a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment for children, families and the wider community, helping shape a culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.

  • Fixed term full time role, working 7.5 hours every Monday to Friday
  • At C&K Charleville we have two kindy groups which have a maximum of 22 children.

What you’ll bring 

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have: 

  • An ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree of Early Childhood Education or equivalent  
  • Approved Child Protection Training or the willingness to obtain. 
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification. 
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card. 
  • Current Police Check 
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
