As our highly valued Director Teacher with our C&K Eimeo team, you’ll nurture an inclusive, collaborative and supportive team culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.

At C&K Eimeo Road, think of us as a little kindy with a BIG heart! We’ve got three groups of curious kids, each capped at 22 children — giving you all the space to build strong, meaningful connections. We follow school terms, so you’ll enjoy regular breaks to recharge and reset.

With energy, creativity and care, you’ll take a hands-on approach to teaching where you will lead a team of passionate people to deliver a quality educational program for children in our play-based learning environment. And as an approachable leader for families, children and your team, you’ll play an integral role in the overall operations and management of the centre to encourage and nurture children’s learning and development while building great relationships with our families and the wider community.

What you’ll bring

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) or a Bachelor of Primary Teaching with an approved diploma-level qualification.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these).
• A love for working with children, and a knack for bringing learning to life through play.
