As one of our highly valued Admin Assistants at C&K Robinson Road, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our centre runs smoothly while supporting children to become confident, lifelong learners.

Working 25 hours per week, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for visitors, assist with administrative and financial tasks such as managing enrolment records, and contribute to our inclusive, kind, and collaborative team culture where everyone can belong, grow, and thrive.

What you’ll bring

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success.

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• Valid Blue Card and current Police Check
• A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• A current Driver Licence.

We would also love you to have experience in a similar administration role. Any experience in the early childhood sector or a qualification in business administration would be great, but not essential.
