Help Shape Futures at C&K Oaks Beach Community Kindergarten

As the Administration Assistant at C&K Oaks Beach Community Kindergarten, you’ll help keep our centre running by delivering amazing administrative support. You’ll join a collaborative team where everyone can belong, grow, and thrive.

• Permanent part time role
• 5 hours per fortnight!

What you’ll bring 

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success. 

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have: 

• Valid Blue Card and current Police Check  
• A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. 
• A current Driver Licence.  

We would also love you to have experience in a similar administration role. Any experience in the early childhood sector or a qualification in business administration would be great, but not essential.
