As our respected Administration Assistant at C&K Hatton Vale, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our centre operates smoothly by assisting with an array of administrative and financial tasks and liaising with families. What you’ll bring 

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success. 

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have: 

• Valid Blue Card and current Police Check  
• A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and computer savvy. 
• Experience using CRM systems and Kidsoft (highly desirable, training is available)
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training Foundation Certificate 

We would also love you to have experience in a similar administration role. Any experience in the early childhood sector or a qualification in business administration would be great, but not essential.
