As our respected Administration Assistant at C&K nGundanoo, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our centre operates smoothly by assisting with an array of administrative and financial tasks. You will be a part of a strong collaborative team culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.

C&K nGundanoo is a centre that is connected to our local community and outdoor environment. With our playground connecting all 4 rooms at the centre we connect together to learn more about our natural environment. Join our little learners and educators as we learn more about our funky chickens in their coop and the funny frogs in our frog pond.

• 8 hours a week- preferably 4 hours every Wednesday and Friday

What you’ll bring

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success.

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• Valid Blue Card and current Police Check
• A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• A current Driver Licence.

We would also love you to have experience in a similar administration role. Any experience in the early childhood sector or a qualification in business administration would be great, but not essential.
