Help Shape Futures at C&K Maranoa Community Kindergarten 

We are seeking a friendly and organised Clerical Assistant to support our Centre Director with day-to-day administration and compliance. You’ll also be a welcoming point of contact for families, assisting them from enquiry through to enrolment. 

Our kindergarten is proud of its strong community connections and play-based learning program, guided by a passionate and experienced team. We’re excited to welcome a new team member who shares our commitment to creating the best start for every child. 

You’ll bring confidence with technology, great communication skills, and the ability to work independently. In return, C&K offers ongoing training in our systems, including Kidsoft and Storypark, as well as the opportunity to thrive in a supportive, community-focused team. 

• School-friendly role! 
• 7.5 hours per week, worked as two shifts of 3.75 hours on Tuesdays and Fridays, with the option to work during school holidays or add make-up time to term shifts to take paid leave in holiday periods.

What you’ll bring 

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have: 

• Valid Blue Card and current Police Check  
• A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. 
• A current Driver Licence.  

We would also love you to have experience in a similar administration role. Any experience in the early childhood sector or a qualification in business administration would be great, but not essential.
