As one of our highly valued Admin Assistants with our C&K Rosalie centre, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our centre operates smoothly and continues to support children to become confident lifelong learners.

At C&K Rosalie Community Kindergarten, your child will feel safe, make friends and belong. We help your child create a lifelong love of learning and support their transition into school.

Working 10 hours per week, you’ll be a friendly first point of contact for visitors to our centre. You’ll assist with administrative and financial tasks, such as managing enrolment records, and contribute to our inclusive, kind and collaborative team culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.

• $30.36-$32.67 per hour plus super

What you’ll bring 

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success. 

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have: 

• Valid Blue Card and current Police Check.
• A working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite. 
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate 

We would also love you to have experience in a similar administration role. Any experience in the early childhood sector or a qualification in business administration would be great, but not essential.
