You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:

• Maintain the team's compliance calendar, managing renewal dates, reporting deadlines, regulatory requirements, and audit cycles 
• Serve as the first point of contact for centres, committees, and internal stakeholders, managing correspondence and escalating matters where appropriate.
• Coordinate and support the logistics of centre visits, assurance activities, committee meetings, and other key operational events.
• Process and track invoices, expenses, and other administrative transactions, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and compliance with internal processes.

What you’ll bring

• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card. 
• Current Police Check  
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate(Geccko)
