Help keep our Central Office running smoothly
As our Administration Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality administrative support across C&K Central Office. You’ll be a welcoming first point of contact, coordinate essential office operations and support staff, Executive Assistants and the Executive Management Group with responsive, organised services.
This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in the details and can confidently balance day-to-day priorities in a busy office environment.
In this permanent full-time role, you will be:
- Managing multiple shared inboxes, responding to enquiries, prioritising requests and escalating when needed.
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, office supplies, consumables and regular stock orders.
- Supporting meetings and events through room setup and reset in line with booking requirements.
- Assisting with staff travel bookings, amendments and cancellations through Corporate Traveller.
- Providing general administration support across C&K, including support for Executive Assistants and the Executive Management Group.
- Supporting compliance administration, maintaining accurate records and trackers, and drafting internal emails, notices and signage.

What you’ll bring
We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software applications.
- The ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously and efficiently whilst maintaining high standards.
- A valid Blue Card or Blue Card Exemption Card.
- A current National Police Check
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training - Foundation Certificate
