At C&K Carseldine Community Childcare Centre, we believe every child deserves the very best start in life. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Director to support Tanya and our passionate team in creating a warm, welcoming, and inspiring environment where children, families, and educators can thrive.

As Assistant Director, you'll play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the centre, supporting quality educational programs, mentoring educators, building strong relationships with families, and helping to foster a positive team culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early childhood professional looking to take the next step in their leadership journey with Queensland's leading provider of early childhood education.

  • Permanent Full-Time Position – 8-hour days, Monday to Friday
  • Monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO)
  • $40.90 - $42.23 per hour + Super

What You'll Bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a willingness to commence studying towards this qualification.
  • Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
