  • Diploma Qualified Assistant Director 
  • $40.90 - $42.23 per hour + super
  • Perm Full-Time: Monday to Friday - 38 hours per week 
  • Centre Operational Hours: 6:30am - 6:30pm

This role is ideal for an experienced Lead Educator or Educational Leader ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to inspire children through hands-on practice. You’ll lead the Toddler room, support your team, and play an important role in creating a high-quality learning environment.

What You’ll Bring

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success! We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • Completed National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate (Geccko)
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one)

About the Centre

C&K Ripley is an Exceeding rated service approved for 87 children, offering a warm, inclusive, and inspiring environment where every child is respected as a capable and unique learner. We are seeking a nurturing Diploma-qualified Educator who brings warmth, curiosity, and a willingness to jump in and give anything a go.
