We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Regional Manager – Childcare Operations to join our team and help support a network of high-performing early childhood services across the region.

Working closely with the Regional Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading, coaching and empowering centre leaders — strengthening capability, supporting performance, and ensuring our services continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for children, families and communities.

In this role, you’ll help foster a positive and collaborative culture across the Childcare Operations team, supporting leaders to deliver high-quality programs aligned with C&K’s vision and values. You’ll coach and mentor centre leaders, guiding them to build strong, capable teams and create meaningful impact every day.

You’ll also play an important role in supporting centres through both day-to-day operations and more complex challenges — helping to drive performance, strengthen financial and operational capability, and ensure compliance and best practice. Your guidance will be key in supporting teams through change, managing risk, and achieving great outcomes.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor Degree in early childhood education (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience supporting centre performance, people leadership and financial outcomes
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to analyse data, identify trends and implement practical solutions
• Working with Children Check and National Police Check
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate
• Applicants must be prepared to travel across the C&K centres located across QLD
