The Business Development Consultant role at C&K is pivotal in driving the organization's strategic growth and ensuring the successful implementation of its ambitious plans. This multifaceted position demands a well-rounded professional with exceptional analytical skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of the early childhood education sector.

You will help shape the future of children in our care by:

• Developing a comprehensive framework to identify, assess, and prioritize grant and tender opportunities whilst fostering strong stakeholder relationships to enhance our operational outcomes.
• Developing robust business cases, financial models, and scenario plans for new initiatives, acquisitions, partnerships, and service expansions, ensuring alignment with C&K's strategic goals and growth strategy
• Leveraging project management skills to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects, support the establishment of new services within specified timeframes and budgets, monitor progress, and conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
