Join our Facilities team as a Fixed Term Full Time Capital Works Upgrade Funding Administrator to help bring centre upgrade projects to life across Queensland. If you love organisation, enjoy working across teams, and take pride in seeing projects delivered successfully — this role is for you.

Based in Brisbane's inner suburbs you will provide administrative support for Capital Works Upgrade Funding projects, working closely with the Grants and Facilities teams and C&K business partners. This role involves assisting with planning, budgeting, and tracking of projects, managing and recording project data, triaging emails, handling phone enquiries, and providing project administration support to branch and affiliate centres. You’ll collaborate extensively with internal and external stakeholders, including C&K Facilities, Procurement, IT, and more, to ensure funding initiatives meet program guidelines and service agreements.

About You

You’re a highly organised and proactive professional with a keen eye for detail. You thrive on keeping things running smoothly, have solid office administration experience, and enjoy supporting projects from start to finish. Confident in your communication, you work well with different teams and approach every task with a positive, can-do attitude.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Excellent report writing, oral communication, and customer service skills
• Are confident with Microsoft Office and can quickly learn new software
• Can work independently or collaboratively, managing your time and priorities effectively
• Pay attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work
• Enjoy pitching in and supporting ad-hoc projects when needed
• Understand government funding and how it applies to projects 
• Experience in infrastructure project management 
• Managed projects from initial scope to completion 
• Are familiar with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
