As the Data and Integration Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy and ensuring our systems integrate seamlessly. Reporting to the IT Manager, you’ll lead the charge in turning data into actionable insights, building integrations that enhance operational efficiency, and supporting organisational decision-making.
Data Infrastructure Management
- Manage and enhance diverse data storage platforms:
- Ensure smooth and efficient ETL processes within SSIS environment
- Proactively problem-solve and troubleshoot data flows
- Adapt SQL tables and reports in response to changing formats and requirements
Data Governance and Integration
- Lead the transformation of existing data tables to a modern, scalable framework (Medallion Architecture)
- Design and implement comprehensive data governance policies and standards
- Establish data management frameworks ensuring quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance
Technical Leadership
- Provide strategic guidance on data architecture and integration technologies
- Mentor team members in data management best practices
- Evaluate and implement emerging data infrastructure technologies
