Welcome to C&K Birralee Childcare Centre in beautiful Ferny Hills, Northwest Brisbane! For over 43 years, our center has been a cherished hub for local families and the community. Imagine spacious outdoor play areas nestled under leafy trees, providing perfect shade for children to dive into a world of exploration, discovery, learning, and endless play!

As our highly valued Director with our Birralee team, you’ll nurture an inclusive, collaborative and supportive team culture where everyone can belong, grow and thrive.

With energy, creativity and care, you’ll lead a team of passionate people to deliver a quality educational program for children aged 0 to 5 years in our play-based learning environment. You’ll play an integral role in the overall operations and management of the centre to encourage and nurture children’s learning and development while building great relationships with our families and the wider community.

What you’ll bring

To thrive and succeed in this role, you will either have:

• A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognised by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) or willingness to commence studying.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card and current Police Check (within three months or willing to obtain these).
