As Centre Director at C&K Middlemount, you’ll lead a 74-place centre offering high-quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved) OR equivalent. 
• Current or willing-to-obtain Child Protection Training
• Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
• A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card and current Police Check
• Knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide
• A passion for high-quality outcomes, a collaborative spirit, and a heart for community
