As one of our highly valued Director Teacher at C&K Crestmead Community Kindergarten, is a 22-place service that supports two groups of kindergarten age children from 3.5 - 5 years old.  Our Kindergarten fosters a sense of belonging, allowing children to thrive and build meaningful relationships. We implement a balanced program that combines structured play with freedom of choice, encouraging early learning and development across all areas. We operate during QLD school terms and are closed for school holidays, public holidays and some pupil free days.

  • Permanent Part Time: 5 days a fortnight. Monday, Tuesday and alternative Wednesday.
  • Centre Operational hours: 8:22am to 2:30pm
  • Hourly Payrate: $42.15–$58.12 per hour + Director's allowance + Super
  • C&K Crestmead is located on Augusta Street, Crestmead, on the Crestmead State School grounds.

What you’ll bring

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood (or ACECQA Recognised ECT Equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in Early Childhood Education.
  • Knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card and current Police Check.
  • Current Foundation of Child Safety Training certificate (Geccko).
