Help Shape Futures at C&K Rosalie Community Kindergarten & Preschool  

As a Director/Teacher at C&K Rosalie, you’ll guide a passionate team of educators known for building genuine relationships with families, supporting each child’s confidence and curiosity, and creating a strong sense of community where everyone feels welcome. In this start-of-the-week Group A role you will work closely with our amazing Group B Director/Teacher and with the support of an experienced Area Manager and Pedagogy Advisor to inspire young minds while delivering C&K’s play-based Kindergarten program.

• Permanent part-time
• 7.5 hours every Monday, Tuesday and alternate Wednesday (during school term)
• $47.64-$65.17 per hour plus Directors allowances plus superannuation

C&K Rosalie is located in Paddington, inner-north Brisbane, only a 5-minute walk from Milton State School and under a 15-minute walk from Milton Train Station. The service holds an Exceeding NQS rating, operating two units with places for up to 44 children.

What you’ll bring 

If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, in an organisation that strongly upholds child safety policies and procedures, we’ll set you up for success!  To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have: 

• An ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree of Early Childhood Education or equivalent  
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate 
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification. 
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card. 
• Current Police Check 
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
