As our highly valued Director/Teacher at C&K Walkerston Community Kindergarten, you'll lead a safe, supportive and engaging learning environment for children, their families and the wider community. This is a unique opportunity to lead an established community kindergarten through an exciting new chapter. Commencing in Term 1, 2027, you'll join alongside a new Educator, providing the opportunity to establish strong foundations, shape team culture and create meaningful learning experiences for children and families from day one.

What you’ll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• An ACECQA approved Bachelor's Degree of Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Current Police Check
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guide.
