Find your Better Way
Every C&K career helps children belong and grow. We want the same for you and joining C&K means impacting a child’s life journey for the time they spend with us and long after they leave. But, so much of what we do depends on you.

Help shape the future of children in our care
As one of our highly valued Educators, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.
At C&K Yuingi Community Childcare Centre, your child will feel safe, make friends and belong. We have an open natural learning environment where the children explore, investigate, and extend their learning.
Our experienced and passionate educators foster close relationships with families, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment. They focus on nurturing your child's curiosity, building their resilience and developing their confidence - all through the joy of learning through play.
Join our team at the C&K Yuingi Centre in Oxley! We’re looking for two enthusiastic, nurturing educators to take on fixed-term roles in our supportive, vibrant environment.
The first position is a 30-hour-per-week contract for 7 months, from February 10 to September 29, 2025, covering maternity leave with the possibility of extension. This role offers you the chance to make a meaningful impact as you support our children during this critical time.
The second position is a 12-month, part-time role working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with 27 hours per week on a 9-day fortnight roster. If you’re passionate about early childhood education and ready to join a dedicated team that values positive relationships and a nurturing approach, we’d love to hear from you!
If you believe in building positive relationships as the heart of teaching, we’d love to hear from you!
