At C&K, our purpose is to make a positive impact on children’s lives. It’s what we’ve been doing for more than 115 years. Through evidence-based thinking, hard work and true compassion, we’ve built a trusted reputation as Queensland’s leading provider of early childhood education. With 2–3 direct reports, you will lead a team who is driven to create welcoming spaces that put children and families at the heart of everything we do. You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:
● Coordinating high-volume maintenance requests across C&K centres, while streamlining processes and driving greater efficiencies.
● Leading a team and managing contractors to ensure all requests are scoped, approved, and delivered on time to the highest standard.
● Overseeing compliance, safety, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring C&K’s spaces remain safe, welcoming, and well-maintained for children and families.
