The Facilities Team Leader is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of C&K’s facilities and assets across Queensland. With 2–3 direct reports, you will lead a team dedicated to ensuring compliance, safety, and excellence in service delivery.

You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:

● Coordinating high-volume maintenance requests across C&K centres, while streamlining processes and driving greater efficiencies.
● Leading a team and managing contractors to ensure all requests are scoped, approved, and delivered on time to the highest standard.
● Overseeing compliance, safety, and sustainability initiatives, ensuring C&K’s spaces remain safe, welcoming, and well-maintained for children and families.
