As Head of Property and Development, you will lead the strategic direction of our property portfolio, facilities operations and business development initiatives, driving sustainable growth and long-term value. This influential leadership role is responsible for portfolio optimisation, capital investment planning and identifying new opportunities that expand C&K’s reach, ensuring our property and facilities strategies support the delivery of exceptional outcomes for children, families and communities.

• Serve as the principal strategic adviser to the Executive Management Group on property portfolio strategy, growth opportunities and capital investment priorities;
• Provide strategic direction and governance over C&K’s owned and leased property portfolio, including centres, offices and residences, with a focus on portfolio optimisation and long-term planning.
• Oversee the fleet management strategy, including procurement, leasing arrangements and lifecycle planning for C&K vehicles.

What you’ll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have: 

• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card. 
• Relevant Undergraduate or post graduate qualification(s) in business (or equivalent experience)
• Current Police Check  
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate 
• Highly developed stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
• Proven leadership capability
