Help Shape Futures at C&K Emerald Community Childcare Centre 

As one of our highly valued Lead Educators, you’ll support and guide children’s learning and development, so they become curious, capable and confident lifelong learners.

Our Centre Director Jess along with her team will be there to support you. Using your skills, ideas and passion for education, you’ll help shape the future of children in our care by collaborating with your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community.

 The role:

  • Permanent Full Time or Permanent Part Time Opportunity available
  • Shifts anywhere between 6 am to 6 pm
  • Opening and Closing shifts
  • Positions starts in December 2025

What you’ll bring

 If you’re committed to guiding children’s early learning and development, we’ll set you up for success!

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
