As one of our highly valued Lead Educators at C&K Ripley Childcare Centre, you’ll work alongside your team to create a safe, supportive and engaging play-based learning environment for children, their families and our wider community. C&K Ripley Childcare Centre is a highly regarded early learning environment catering to children from 6 weeks to 5 years of age. Our centre boasts a combination of age-based rooms and communal learning spaces, fostering a sense of community and collaboration among children of all ages. Our spacious outdoor areas feature established gardens, shaded trees, and large sandpits, encouraging exploration and discovery across all developmental areas. Our centre has been rated as "Exceeding" the National Quality Standard by ACECQA, reflecting our commitment to high-quality early childhood education.

• Full Time = 38 hours per week with rotating roaster from 6.30am to 6.15pm
• Lead Educator position
• $35.7936 - $40.1465 per hour plus super
• Fixed Term Maternity Leave Cover until May 2027, with possibility of extending.
• C&K Ripley is conveniently located for Ripley residents and surrounding areas on the corner of Nevis Street and Fischer Road. The centre is a short 3-minute car ride from the Ripley Central State School.

What you’ll bring

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• Hold, or a willingness to commence studying, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate
• A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
