We're looking for a warm, nurturing and experienced Lead Educator to lead our Nursery team at C&K Tewantin Community Kindergarten. This is a wonderful opportunity for an educator who understands that the earliest years are built on trust, responsive relationships and meaningful interactions.

Working alongside a supportive Director and collaborative team, you'll create a calm, engaging environment where our youngest learners feel secure, respected and encouraged to explore the world around them.

• $35.7936 - $40.1465 per hour plus super
• Full-time permeant position, working Monday to Friday  
• Rotating roster of 7am-4pm and 9am-6pm 
• Nursery Room 

As our Nursery Lead Educator, you will:

• Create a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where infants feel secure and supported.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and your team.
• Lead the planning and delivery of quality learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Mentor and support educators while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Maintain high standards of care, documentation and compliance with the National Quality Framework.

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

• Hold, or a willingness to commence studying, a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
