Microcredential Project Developer Coordinator

Help shape the future of children in our care 

This position is a Fixed Term Contract, Fulltime until end of May 2026 and will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of microcredentials for the Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) sector, which are funded under a grant from the Department of Trade, Employment and Training’s Micro-credentialing Program.

More about the role 

  • Work with the Manager C&K College to coordinate consultation with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Consult and gather feedback to inform the development of microcredentials.
  • Critically analyse sources of information to ensure educational products meet the needs of contemporary practice and sound instructional design principles.
  • Design and develop innovative and engaging educational products informed by effective adult learning principles.
  • Draws on contemporary approaches to adult learning, to ensure alignment of learning and assessment processes that deliver identified learning outcomes.
  • Work with Manager C&K College to support with troubleshooting eLearning content and LMS functionality issues, escalate as necessary and manage resolution.

What you’ll bring 

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (desirable), or a degree in a related field.
  • Diploma or higher-level qualification related to adult education/training/ instructional design, or significant experience educating adults.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and developing learning assets including using an industry standard development tool.
