Our educators are passionate about early years education and our People team partner closely with them in the delivery of people-centred solutions to support C&K’s vision and purpose.
We are now excited to offer a new position for a skilled People Experience Administrator to contribute to and assist in embedding and driving the people programs within C&K for all team members throughout their journey with us. This role will be based at our Central Office in Kedron.

The successful candidate will work closely with our People Experience Team to provide effective support on a range of compliance and administrative issues. The team have a large program of work in 2025 with a focus on people experience and programs which will underpin effective engagement and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
