    Our educators are passionate about early years education and our People team partner closely with them in the delivery of people-centred solutions to support C&K’s vision and purpose. 

    We are now excited to offer a new position for a skilled People Experience Administrator to contribute to and assist in embedding and driving the people programs within C&K for all team members throughout their journey with us.  This role will be based at our Central Office in Kedron.

     The role:

    The successful candidate will work closely with our People Experience Team to provide effective support on a range of compliance and administrative issues. The team have a large program of work in 2025 with a focus on people experience and programs which will underpin effective engagement and contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.


    Day to day, you will be accountable for:

    • Solutions Focus:  monitor and support the maintenance of compliance documentation (qualifications, blue cards, teacher’s registration) for employees and maintain up to date records and systems.
    • Employment administration: Assist the People Experience team with the managing and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence, preparation of documents and electronic filing, letters, statements of service and reports as required.
    • People Programs: Support and contribute to various People projects

    To be considered, candidates should be able to satisfy the following key criteria:

    • Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a Human Resources team or department
    • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work, managing multiple tasks and projects and function effectively as a self-directed coordinator of multiple initiatives.
    • Demonstrated high level of Microsoft Office including skills in Word, Outlook and Excel.
    • A working knowledge of and experience in HR/IR legislation and contemporary practices;
    • A strong customer focus and ability to collaborate on solutions;
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
    • Experience working in the early childhood education and care sector is highly desirable.
