To provide high level administrative support to Regional Managers and operation teams within C&K to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.

  • Manage the team members schedules and diaries.

• Manage all travel and accommodation arrangements for the team.

• Provide administrative support to the Regional Manager (RM) and other meetings, including

when necessary, recording and distributing minutes.

• Prepare meeting materials, briefs and undertake filing.

• Review and summarise key documents, reports and correspondence.

• Manage credit card purchases, receipts and invoice and payment requisitions.

• Assist in the organisation of internal events.

• Screen requests for appointments with the RM to effectively time manage and match people

to purpose. 

• Ensure that work is prioritised and managed in a systematic way to achieve deadlines for

approvals and sign off.

• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports when requested.

• Contribute to a team environment, working collaboratively in sharing and generating ideas.

• Participate in professional development including self-directed learning and required training.

• Demonstrate knowledge of occupational health & safety, fire and emergency evacuation

procedures and equal employment opportunity and comply with associated organisational

policies.

• Maintain filing and archiving systems.

• Coordinate phone calls, emails and correspondence, answer queries or direct to appropriate

person and escalate concerns according to priority

Demonstrate willingness and commitment to work within C&K values and promote these values to

team members.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an office administration capacity.

• Demonstrated excellent research and report writing skills.

• Tertiary qualifications in a business-related field highly desirable.

• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products with the ability to learn new software

applications.

• Highly developed interpersonal, communication and listening skills.

• Ability to work proactively in respect to client, staff and business needs.

• Able to work autonomously, problem solve as well as in a team environment.

• Adaptable and willing to accept challenges.

• Ability to set and achieve objectives/deadlines.

• A demonstrated commitment to continuing professional and personal development.

• Ability to maintain a very high level of confidentiality and integrity. 

• Ability to work flexible hours when necessary.

• Understanding and interest in early childhood education and care and demonstrated ability to

operate in complex policy environment highly regarded.

The successful applicant will be required to:

Travel, as necessary. 

Hold a positive notice (Blue card) working with children check; and a current driver’s license.
