This role will provide high level administrative support to Regional Managers and operation teams within C&K to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard.

• Permanent Part-Time opportunity, working 20 hours per week

About the Role:

• Manage schedules and diaries of Regional Managers and organise travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support for meetings, including recording and distributing minutes and collating meeting documents.
• Review, summarise, and organise key documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist in organising internal events.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as needed.
• Answer and direct queries to appropriate person and escalate concerns according to priority.
• Manage credit card purchases, receipts and invoice and payment requisitions.

The successful applicant will be required to:

• Travel, as necessary. 
• Hold a positive notice (Blue card) working with children check; and a current driver’s license.
