At C&K, our purpose is to make a positive impact on children’s lives. It’s what we’ve been doing for more than 115 years. Through evidence-based thinking, hard work and true compassion, we’ve built a trusted reputation as Queensland’s leading provider of early childhood education. And as a child safe organisation, we put children's safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do, creating nurturing spaces where children can learn, explore, play and grow.

Are you a strategic and inspiring leader ready to make a real impact across multiple early childhood services?

We’re seeking a Regional Manager to lead and support the delivery of high quality, financially sustainable early childhood education and care services across Queensland — aligned with C&K’s vision, values, and strategic priorities.

This is a dynamic and rewarding leadership role where you’ll support and guide teams, strengthen operational excellence, and champion the very best outcomes for children and families every day.

As Regional Manager, you will:

  • Lead and support a regional team to deliver high-quality early childhood services
  • Work closely with specialist teams to strengthen education, child health, wellbeing, inclusion, and business outcomes
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Centre Managers and regional staff
  • Ensure services meet all legislative, regulatory, and funding requirements
  • Use data, research, and best practice to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Support centres to deliver strong, consistent, and high-quality outcomes for children and families

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor Degree in early childhood education (or equivalent)
  • Strong leadership experience in early childhood or a related field
  • A deep understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • The ability to inspire, coach, and support teams to do their best work
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine passion for high-quality early learning and positive outcomes for children
  • Working with Children Check and National Police Check
  • Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate
  • Applicants must be prepared to travel across the C&K centres located across QLD
