You’ll help us shape the future of children in our care by:  

Maintain and improve the functionality of C&K’s centre management systems and processes, working collaboratively with the business, providing quality training, support and information to all stakeholders. As well as work in partnership with C&K Branch services to maintain enrolment processes.
Supporting the business in ensuring timely collection of customer payments in accordance with C&K policies, as well as relevant legislation and regulations, while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger. The role involves working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to provide analysis, advice, and support, while also driving continuous improvements in Accounts Receivable processes.

Respond to internal and external customer queries professionally and in a timely manner, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Maintaining compliance with legislation and organisational policy.
Work collaboratively across business units to support organisational initiatives and growth projects.
